摘要
患者女,69岁,左胫前斑块3年。皮损组织病理示:表皮内境界清楚的肿瘤细胞团块,主要由小的汗孔细胞和透明细胞组成,瘤团内散在的树枝状的黑色素细胞。局部胞质空泡化并见囊腔形成。诊断:色素性单纯性汗腺棘皮瘤。
A 69-year-old female presented with a plaque in the left pretibial region for three years.Histopathology showed well-circumscribed intraepidermal nests of small poroid cells and clear cells within scattered dendritic melanocytes.A few intracytoplasmic vacuoles and focal cystic spaces were observed.The diagnosis of pigmented hidroacanthoma simplex was made.
