慢组肺患者采用厚朴麻黄汤治疗的临床分析

Clinical analysis of treatment of patients with chronic lung disease with Houpu Mahuang Decoction

目的探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病(Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)患者采用厚朴麻黄汤治疗的临床疗效、肺功能改善情况与不良反应发生率。方法选取2017年1月—2019年5月永煤集团总医院收治的COPD患者70例,按照随机数字表法,分为对照组和观察组,各35例。对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组采用厚朴麻黄汤加减治疗,比较两组中医证候积分、肺功能指标及不良反应发生率。结果两组治疗前中医证候积分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗4周、8周后的中医证候积分低于同时期对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗前肺功能指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗后的第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、第1秒用力吸气容积(FVC)和FEV1/FVC的比值均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论厚朴麻黄汤治疗COPD的疗效确切,与常规西药联合应用可取得更佳的治疗效果,使患者机体中医证候和肺功能得到明显改善,且可有效减少不良反应的发生,效果优于单纯应用西医药物。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy, improvement of pulmonary function and incidence of adverse reactions in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) treated with Houpu Mahuang Decoction.Methods Totally 70 cases of COPD patients were selected and divided into control group and observation group, with 35 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine, and the observation group was treated with Houpu Mahuang decoction. The TCM syndrome scores, pulmonary function indexes and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in TCM syndrome scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);The TCM syndrome scores in the observation group after 4 and 8 weeks of treatment were lower than those in the control group at the same time, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in lung function indexes between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);the forced expiratory volume(FEV1), forced expiratory volume(FVC) and FEV1/The ratios of FVC were higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Houpu Mahuang Decoction is effective in treating COPD. Combined with conventional western medicine, it can achieve better treatment effect, which can significantly improve the TCM syndromes and lung function of patients, and can effectively reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions. The effect is better than simply apply western medicine.
