经桡动脉入路行脑血管造影术的优缺点分析 被引量:6

摘要 目前临床上行脑血管造影术的主要常规入路分为桡动脉入路和股动脉入路。两种入路对患者和术者而言,各有利弊。本文试图从患者和医务人员两个方面,将桡动脉与股动脉入路作对比分析其优缺点,为临床介入医生提供一个选择参考。 At present,the transradial approach and the transfemoral approach are the main routine approaches for cerebral angiography in clinical practice.Each approach has its own advantages and disadvantages for both patients and surgeons.This article compares and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of these two approaches from the perspectives of patients and medical personnel,so as to provide a reference for clinical intervention doctors.
