钢管混凝土柱-钢梁外加强环螺栓连接节点受力性能研究 被引量:8

Study on mechanical properties of bolted joint between steel beam and concrete filled steel tubular column with exterior diaphragm

摘要 针对装配式建筑的发展趋势及钢管混凝土结构的诸多优点,研究一种装配式钢管混凝土柱-钢梁外加强环螺栓连接节点。通过ABAQUS数值模拟,确定连接件外加强环的合理形状;通过节点静力加载试验研究及数值模拟对比分析,研究节点的破坏形式、受力性能;针对外加强环形状进一步参数化分析优化设计,研究外加强环的环板厚度、圆环宽度、斜直边与轴线夹角3个因素对节点受力性能的影响。研究结果表明:节点采用合理的外加强环形状时,节点塑性铰外移到钢梁上,外加强环塑性损伤可以忽略;试件破坏时,破坏发生在外加强环外侧钢梁腹板及翼缘上,节点受力性能好、承载力高,节点塑性铰位置明确;外加强环形状参数化分析显示,外加强环形状对节点受力性能及承载力曲线影响显著。 In view of the trend in prefabricated building development and many advantages of concrete-filled steel tube structure, a new style bolted joint between steel beam and concrete filled steel tubular column with exterior diaphragm is researched. The reasonable shape of connector exterior diaphragm is determined by ABAQUS numerical simulation. The failure modes and mechanical properties of joints are analyzed through comparison of the joint static loading test and numerical simulation. Further parameterization analysis and optimization design for the exterior diaphragm are carried out, and the influences of the thickness, the width of exterior diaphragm, and the angle between oblique straight edge and axis of exterior diaphragm, on the mechanical behavior of joints are studied. The results show that when the joint adopts a reasonable external diaphragm, the plastic hinge of the joint moves outwards to the steel beam, and the plastic damage of the outer diaphragm can be neglected. When the specimen failure happens, failures occur on the web beam and flange of the outer side of the external diaphragm. The joint has good mechanical performance, high bearing capacity,and the location of the plastic hinge of the joint is clear. The results of external diaphragm shape parameterization analysis show that the shape of external diaphragm has great influences on the mechanical behavior and bearing capacity curve of joints.
