大学生就业能力问诊与提升研究--以太原工业学院计算机工程系为例

Research on Diagnosis and Improvement of College Students’Employability--Take the Computer Engineering Department of Taiyuan Institute of Technology as an Example

大学生的就业能力与社会需求之间存在较大差距,这是大学生就业难问题的重要原因之一.大学生就业能力问诊是提升大学生就业能力的有效途径,选取太原工业学院计算机工程系2019届233名应届毕业生为问诊对象,对其发放就业能力自我评价问卷.通过问诊可知,学生在专业能力和综合素质能力方面有优势,也有不足.通过分析大学生就业能力欠缺的原因,应把提升大学生就业能力作为目标导向,由学校、教师、学生三方共同努力来提升大学生的就业能力.

The large gap between college students’employability and the social demand is an important cause for the“employment difficulty”of college students.The diagnosis of college students’employability is an effective way to improve their employability.233 graduates of Computer Engineering Department of Taiyuan Institute of Technology in 2019 are selected as the objects of inquiry,and the Self-Evaluation Questionnaires of their employability are issued.It is discovered that the college students have both advantages and disadvantages in professional ability and comprehensive quality.The analysis of the causes of insufficient employability of college students indicates that the employability should be taken as the orientation,and joint effort should be made by schools,teachers and students to improve the employability of college students.
