摘要
通过研究风筒法兰的车削机理及制造工艺,分析异型风筒法兰图样规律,归纳出两种非回转式异型风筒法兰的结构形式和车削简图的标准样式;以几何函数和已知的设计尺寸为理论计算基础,得出两种非回转式异型风筒车削简图的计算模型,为绘制异型风筒法兰工艺简图提供了公式依据,同时为计算机智能绘制简图奠定了理论基础。
By studying the turning mechanism and manufacturing technology of tuyere flange,analyzing the pattern rule of abnormal tuyere flange,the structure form of two kinds of non-rotating abnormal tuyere flange and the standard style of turning diagram are summarized.Based on geometric function and known design dimension,the calculation model of two kinds of non-rotating abnormal tuyere turning diagram is obtained.
