摘要
结合矿用液压支架四连杆机构的结构特点,仅采用了理论设计计算的分析方法,对四连杆机构的位置、相关参数进行了确定,并通过理论计算方法,完成了四连杆机构的具体参数设计,最终采用了仿真验证及专家评价法,验证了所设计的四连杆机构具有更高的可靠性及安全性,这为后期开展四连杆机构的具体方法设计起到重要支撑作用。
Combined with the structural characteristics of the four-link mechanism of mine hydraulic support,only the analysis method of theoretical design and calculation is used to determine the position and related parameters of the four-link mechanism,and through the theoretical calculation method,the specific parameter design of the four-link mechanism is completed.Finally,the simulation verification and expert evaluation method are used to verify that the four-link mechanism has higher reliability and safety,which plays an important supporting role in the design of the four-link mechanism in the later stage.
