摘要
针对胶带输送机张紧装置存在灵活性与稳定性不足的问题,对胶带输送机张紧装置的工作原理进行了分析,基于比例电液控制技术设计一套针对长距离胶带输送机的液压张紧装置。并对系统的主要硬件组成、工作原理以及软件工作流程进行了设计与介绍。实践表明,系统可实现在胶带运输机运行过程中自动张紧调节,防止皮带牵引力不足以及跑偏现象,有效提高了胶带输送机的可靠性。
Aiming at the problem of insufficient flexibility and stability of belt conveyor tensioning device,the working principle of belt conveyor tensioning device is analyzed,and a set of hydraulic tensioning device for long distance belt conveyor is designed based on proportional electro-hydraulic control technology.The main hardware composition,working principle and software workflow of the system are designed and introduced.The practice shows that the system can realize the automatic tension adjustment during the operation of the belt conveyor,prevent the belt traction insufficient and the phenomenon of running deviation,and effectively improve the reliability of the belt conveyor.
