履带自移式刮板输送机的设计及应用

摘要 针对高瓦斯矿井双巷掘进运输系统运行效率较低的问题,在考察双巷掘进工作面掘进工艺的基础上,设计了履带自移式刮板输送机,对其设计结构进行分析,对设备操作流程进行介绍,对其使用和保养进行说明。在双巷掘进工作面的应用实践证明:该设备通过与掘进机和带式输送机的联合配套使用,可以提高运输系统的运输效率,实现煤炭的连续运输,有效支持了巷道的快速掘进。 In view of the problem of low efficiency of double roadway driving and transportation system in high gas mine,on the basis of investigating the tunneling technology of double roadway driving face,crawler self-moving scraper conveyor is designed,its design structure is analyzed,the operation flow of equipment is introduced,and its use and maintenance are explained.The application practice in the double roadway heading face proves that the equipment can improve the transportation efficiency of the transportation system,realize the continuous transportation of coal,and effectively support the fast tunneling of the roadway through the combined use of the roadheader and belt conveyor.
