针对采煤机防爆电控箱的设计进行了研究,围绕防爆电控箱的机械结构、电气结构布置、电牵引调速工作原理、牵引控制箱的保护进行了分析,阐述了防爆电控箱试验要求,为采煤机防爆电控箱的设计提供参考。

The design of explosion-proof electronic control box for shearer is studied.The mechanical structure,electrical structure arrangement,working principle of electric traction speed regulation and protection of traction control box are analyzed,the test requirements of explosion-proof electronic control box are expounded,and the reference is put forward for the design of explosion-proof electronic control box for shearer.
