离心压缩机转子防弯曲工艺方法的研究 被引量:1

摘要 离心压缩机涉及领域十分广泛,大范围的应用于石油、煤化工、乙烯等工业生产企业,离心压缩机主要形式为水平剖分形式的MCL压缩机组及垂直剖分形式的BCL压缩机组,其中转子作为压缩机核心旋转主件,它的低速、高速运转情况将直接影响压缩机系统的稳定性,转子组件的加工制造、组装试验方案的可行性对转子起到了决定性作用。基于此,详细分析压缩机转子弯曲因素,提出压缩机转子组件工艺优化方案,通过理论分析,结合工艺试验,得出相应结论。 Centrifugal compressor is widely used in many fields,especially in petroleum,chemical,ethylene,and other industrial production enterprises,centrifugal compressor main form is divided into horizontal split as MCL compressor unit and vertically split as BCL compressor unit,the rotor is the core compressor rotated principal parts,its low or high speed situation will directly affect the stability of the compressor system,the feasibility of manufacture of the rotor component,the assembly testing scheme has played a decisive role.This article has carried on the theory research and demonstration from the compressor rotor stability analysis,the rotor component material performance,the manufacture of the rotor components,the research of the compressor rotor pulsation,rotor assembly test experiment.
