摘要
针对煤炭在燃烧利用过程中产生硫化物、氮氧化合物等有害气体及颗粒对环境造成污染的问题,以450 t/h循环流化床锅炉为研究对象,在分析其关键参数和系统组成的基础上,对汽水、风烟、燃料与燃烧等分析系统仿真模型的搭建提出了要求,并建立了各个分系统的仿真模型,通过仿真分析了解设备的运行特性,为后续设备的优化设计奠定理论基础。
Aiming at the pollution of environment caused by sulfide,nitrogen oxide and other harmful gases and particles in the process of coal combustion and utilization,and 450 t/h circulating fluidized bed boiler is taken as the research object.Based on the analysis of its key parameters and system composition,the simulation model of steam,wind smoke,fuel and combustion analysis system is put forward.
