摘要
针对液压支架液压元件中存在的控制不够准确的问题,根据某矿工作面具体的情况,选定了液压支架的类型,并作为基础分析条件。基于AMEsim软件的材料库建立支架液压元件包括溢流阀、液控单向阀的仿真模型,分别设置了三组参结构数以研究这些结构参数对元件工作性能的影响程度,根据计算结果,确定了较好匹配的系列结构参数。经过分析思路、流程、结论,对于支架液压元件的设计、定型、选型提供了理论依据,具有现实的指导意义。
Aiming at the problem of inaccurate control in the hydraulic components of the hydraulic support,according to the specific situation of a mining face,the type of the hydraulic support is selected as the basic analysis condition of the content of the article.Based on the material library of AMESim software,the simulation model of hydraulic components of support,including relief valve and hydraulic control check valve,is established.Three groups of parameters are set up to study the influence of these structural parameters on the working performance of the components.According to the calculation results,a series of structural parameters with good matching are determined.The analysis thought,process and conclusion provided the theoretical basis for the design,finalization and selection of the hydraulic components of the support,which has practical guiding significance.
