摘要
针对钢丝绳在恶劣的煤矿作业环境中受到各种冲击载荷容易发生断丝损伤的情况,采用了与原漏磁检测技术不同的金属磁记忆检测技术对断丝缺陷的部位进行探测,并且对金属磁记忆技术的检测装置进行了设计,对其相关检测电路也进行了优选,设计出符合检测装置的各类电路图。试验数据表明,金属磁记忆检测技术能高效判断缺陷位置,为开展金属磁记忆检测工作提供了支撑依据,保障煤矿企业安全生产常态化稳定。
In view of the fact that wire rope is easily damaged by various impact loads in the harsh coal mine working environment,different magnetic flux leakage detection technology is used to detect the defect of wire broken,and the detection device of metal magnetic memory technology is designed.The experimental data show that the metal magnetic memory detection technology can judge the defect position efficiently,provide the support basis for the metal magnetic memory detection work,and ensure the normal and stable production safety of coal mining enterprises.
