摘要
为了解决EBZ150A型掘进机水冷却系统冷却效果不佳、易引起机电事故的问题,分析了EBZ150A型掘进机目前水冷却系统的冷却方式,找到其水冷却系统冷却效果差的原因。通过改变其水冷却系统的位置和冷却循环方式,实现了液压油的全时段冷却。现场应用表明:队组机电事故数量得到明显降低,掘进机可靠性得到提高,从而提升了队组生产效率。
In order to solve the problem that the cooling effect of water cooling system of EBZ150A roadheader is not good and it is easy to cause mechanical and electrical accidents,this paper analyzes the current cooling mode of water cooling system of EBZ150A roadheader,and finds out the reason why the cooling effect of water cooling system is poor.By changing the position of the water cooling system and the cooling cycle,the hydraulic oil can be cooled in full time.Field application shows that the number of mechanical and electrical accidents of the team has been significantly reduced,the reliability of the roadheader has been improved,and the production efficiency of the team has been improved.
