摘要 为解决带式输送机功耗高、输送带磨损严重等问题,在对18204工作面输送机的运行状况分析的基础上,对带式输送机进行变频调速系统优化。利用两级控制模式对2台电动机进行"交-直-交"变频改造后,输送机可根据实际荷载对运行速度进行调整,并实现自动隐患报警。实践证明:输送机变频调速改装后,日耗电量由29000 kW•h降至20000 kW•h左右,约节省功耗31%。 In order to solve the problems of high power consumption and serious wear of belt conveyor,the frequency conversion speed regulation system of belt conveyor is optimized on the basis of the analysis of the operation condition of 18204 working face conveyor.After the frequency conversion transformation of two motors by using two-stage control mode,the conveyor can adjust the running speed according to the actual load,and realize the automatic hidden danger alarm.Practice has proved that the daily power consumption of the conveyor is 29000 kW·h to 20000 kW·h,saving about 31%in power consumption.
