巷道掘进过程中过陷落柱施工技术的应用

摘要 晋煤集团长平公司53023巷为5302综采工作面的顺槽巷道,该巷道掘进过程中揭露SX82陷落柱。对揭露的SX82陷落柱分析表明,该陷落柱长轴415 m,短轴139 m,在53023巷掘进方向上影响约70 m左右,掘进施工穿过该陷落柱难度极大。掘进施工过程中,通过不断优化施工方法、改进爆破工艺、选取合理的支护方式,在确保安全的前提下,顺利地通过了该陷落柱。该技术方案最大限度地降低了工人的劳动强度,提高了过构造期间机械化使用率,掘进效率显著提高,为5302工作面圈定及公司采面接序提供了保障。 The 53023 roadway of Changping Company of Jincheng Coal Group is the trench roadway of 5302 fully mechanized mining face,which reveals the SX82 collapse column during the roadway excavation.The analysis of the exposed SX82 collapse column shows that the long axis 415 m,short axis 139 of the collapse column affect about 70 m in the direction of the 53023 roadway excavation,and the tunneling construction is very difficult to pass through the collapse column.In the process of tunneling construction,through the continuous optimization of construction methods,the improvement of blasting technology and the selection of reasonable supporting methods,the collapse column is successfully passed on the premise of ensuring safety.The technical programme minimized the labour intensity of workers,increased the utilization rate of mechanization during the period of over-construction,and improved the tunneling efficiency significantly,which provided the guarantee for the 5302 working face delineation and the company mining face connection sequence.
