摘要 目前大部分矿井所采用的液压支架为手动操作方式,具有工作效率低、工作精度不高等缺点。为设计出符合矿井液压支架的电控系统,实现液压支架的无人自动化操作,首先阐述了液压支架系统的原理,分析了液压支架电控系统功能,研究了液压支架电控系统结构组建,并进行了电控系统试验,优选出以PLC为控制核心的电控系统,试验结果表明液压支架在各个工况下均能够精准安全地完成支撑动作。 At present,the hydraulic support used in most mines is manual operation mode,which has the disadvantages of low working efficiency and low working precision.Firstly,the principle of hydraulic support system is expounded,the function of hydraulic support system is analyzed,the structure of hydraulic support electronic control system is studied,and the test of electric control system is carried out.and the PLC is chosen as the control system.The test results of the core electronic control system show that the hydraulic support can complete the support action accurately and safely under every working condition.
