摘要 为了解决水仓巷道瓦斯超限、人员进入自动启动风机等问题,设计出一款水仓闭锁系统。具体介绍了系统软件功能设计和门禁系统设计。矿用水仓智能安全管控系统的投入运行,可以实时监测水仓状态,确保水仓内的瓦斯浓度低于安全水平,有效保障作业人员安全。 In order to solve the problems of gas exceeding limit and personnel entering automatic starting fan in the roadway of water silo,a lock system of water silo is designed,and the function design of system software and the design of access control system are introduced in detail.The intelligent safety control system of mine water silo is put into operation,which can monitor the state of water silo in real time,ensure that the gas concentration in water silo is lower than the safety level,and effectively ensure the safety of operators.
