摘要
针对坪上煤业原人工控制配煤速度慢、可靠度和精度不高等问题,对原配煤系统进行自动化改造。重点介绍了给煤机电液推杆的改造方法和电液推杆行程与煤量关系的测量方法,并对系统地址映射模块、设备起停和电液推杆控制等重要模块算法进行了深入分析。经过现场工业性实验,该系统能够实现多种煤样的精准配比,配煤精度可以达到目标灰分值的±1%,有效提升了末煤系统的自动化水平。
In view of the slow speed,low reliability and low accuracy of the original manual control coal blending in Pingshang coal industry,the paper puts forward the automatic transformation of the original coal blending system,mainly introduces the transformation method of the electromechanical hydraulic pusher for coal feeding and the measurement method of the relationship between the stroke of the electro-hydraulic pusher and the coal quantity,and deeply divides the algorithm of the important modules such as the system address mapping module,the start and stop of the equipment and the control of the electro-hydraulic pusher Analysis.Through the field industrial experiments,the system can achieve the accurate proportioning of a variety of coal samples,and the coal blending accuracy can achieve the target ash value of±1%,effectively improving the automation level of the final coal system.
