摘要
针对现有的提升机系统普遍采用交流绕线式电机转子串电阻有级调速模式速度调节精度低、可靠性差等问题,提出了采用变频器对提升机系统进行改造的方案,可实现提升机的柔性启动和无级变频调速,有效降低在换挡和制动情况下的冲击,改善提升机的运行稳定性。
In view of the problems of low speed adjustment accuracy and poor reliability in the current hoist system,the flexible start-up and stepless frequency-conversion speed regulation of the hoist are put forward,which can effectively reduce the impact under the condition of shift and braking,and it is very important to improve the stability of the hoist.
