摘要
分析了国内外航空紧固件钛合金材料的应用现状,从钛合金铆钉紧固件和钛合金螺栓紧固件两方面介绍了航空紧固件钛合金材料的应用。分析认为,未来在航空紧固件的生产制造中需要形成正确的观念意识,保证钛合金材料制造航空紧固件的制造质量、强度与水平符合要求,从而促进航空制造业工作水平的提高。
The application status of titanium alloy materials for aviation fasteners at home and abroad is analyzed,and the application of titanium alloy materials for aviation fasteners is introduced from two aspects:titanium alloy rivet fasteners and titanium alloy bolt fasteners.It is concluded that in the future,it is necessary to form the correct concept consciousness in the production and manufacture of aviation fasteners,to ensure that the manufacturing quality,strength and level of titanium alloy materials in the manufacture of aviation fasteners meet the requirements,so as to promote the improvement of the working level of aviation manufacturing industry.
