摘要
以典型的DTL120型矿用皮带输送机结构为例,重点阐述了皮带输送机安装过程中皮带、驱动装置、托辊和支架、拉紧装置、输送机搭接安装的技术要点,分析了煤矿井下皮带输送机的日常维护和保养工作要点。
Taking the typical DTL120 type mine belt conveyor structure as an example,this paper focuses on the technical points of belt,driving device,idler and support,tensioning device and conveyor lap installation during the installation of belt conveyor,and analyzes the main points of daily maintenance and maintenance of underground belt conveyor in coal mine.
