摘要 针对15119综采工作面在回采期间PCM-160型锤式破碎机故障率高、破碎效果差等技术难题,阳泉煤业集团长沟煤矿有限责任公司生产技术部通过技术研究,对破碎机优点及常见故障进行分析,并根据实际情况提出了合理有效的优化改进措施。改进后的回采故障率降低了9%,全年可节约设备维修成本费用达42万元,应用成效显著。 In view of the technical problems such as high failure rate and poor crushing effect of PCM-160 hammer crusher in 15119 fully mechanized mining face during mining,the production technology department of Changgou Coal Mine Co.,Ltd.,Yangquan Coal Industry Group,through technical research,analyzes the advantages and common faults of crusher,and puts forward reasonable and effective optimization and improvement measures according to the actual situation.The improved recovery failure rate has been reduced by 9%,and the cost of equipment maintenance can be saved up to 420,000 yuan in the whole year,and the application effect is remarkable.
