摘要
医学院校与医院是国家医学科研的主要场所,本文通过对河北医科大学及其附属医院间科研管理现状的调研,拟从资源分配、科研合作、科研信息平台建立等方面提出相应的建议。行之有效的科研管理在医学院校和附属医院间发挥着重要的作用,推动双方医学科研共同进步与发展。
Medical colleges and hospitals are the main places for medical research in the country. This paper proposes corresponding suggestions on resource allocation, scientific research cooperation, and establishment of scientific research information platform through the investigation of the status quo of scientific research management between Hebei Medical University and its affiliated hospitals. Effective research management plays a significant role in medical colleges and affiliated hospitals,and promotes the common progress and development of medical research.
