摘要 临床教师是临床教学工作的主体,其教学能力将直接影响医学生的培养质量。针对高校附属医院临床教师专项教育教学培训较欠缺与不系统的培养现状,本文从我院临床教师的教学能力现状出发,对教师层次的定位、分层次制定教师教学能力培养方案以及教师培养效果评价进行探讨,旨在探索建立较为完善、针对性强、可操作推广的临床教师教学能力培养模式,助力教师个人专业能力与教学能力的共同发展与进步,以期有效提升临床教师的教学能力水平,进一步保障临床教学质量。 Clinical teachers are the main body of clinical teaching, and their teaching ability will directly affect the quality of medical students. Aiming at the current situation of the lack of teaching and training of clinical teachers in the affiliated hospitals of colleges and universities, this paper starts from the current situation of the teaching ability of clinical teachers in our hospital, the orientation of teachers, the development of teacher teaching ability training program and the evaluation of teacher training effect. The purpose of this study is to explore the establishment of a relatively complete, targeted, and practically popularized clinical teacher training ability model to help teachers develop their professional and professional skills and improve their teaching ability in order to effectively improve the teaching ability of clinical teachers and guarantee the quality of clinical teaching.
