Research on the Multi-dimensional Application of Flexible Management in the Management of Youth League Education in Colleges and Universities

柔性管理是我国当前高校团员青年思想政治教育的主流模式,文章以高校共青团改革为立足点,结合柔性管理特点以及目前思政教育中存在问题,提出基于团组织视野的柔性管理应用思考。

Flexible management is the mainstream mode of Ideological and political education for Youth League members in Colleges and universities. Based on the reform of the Communist Youth League in Colleges and universities, combined with the characteristics of flexible management and the existing problems in Ideological and political education, this paper puts forward the application thinking of flexible management based on the perspective of League organization.
