摘要
为优化我国人才培养体系,实现人才强国战略。以共生理论为研究视角,采用文献资料、实地调查法,对我国课堂思政的建设路径进行相关研究。研究发现,过去课堂教学中所出现的思政教学与专业教学"两张皮"的现象、教师"全课程育人理念"未完全树立、学生对课程的认同度和获得感不均等问题已严重制约学生的多层次、多维度、多方位的发展,并进而影响高校的人才培养质量。为此,本文通过对我国课堂思政共生系统内的共生要素进行分析,从共生单元、共生环境、共生模式和共生机制四个方面提出我国课堂思政建设的主要对策。
In order to optimize China’s talent training system and realize the strategy of strengthening the country with talents.From the perspective of symbiosis theory, this paper studies the construction path of classroom ideological and political education in China by using the methods of literature review and on-the-spot investigation. The study found that the phenomenon of "two skins" between ideological and political teaching and professional teaching in the past classroom teaching, the comprehensive quality of teachers’ professional courses to be improved, and the low degree of subject integration teaching have seriously restricted the multi-level, multi-dimensional and multi-dimensional development of students, and further affected the quality of personnel training in colleges and universities. Therefore, this paper analyzes the symbiotic elements in the symbiotic system of classroom ideological and political education in our country, and puts forward the main countermeasures for the construction of classroom ideological and political education in our country from four aspects: symbiotic unit, symbiotic environment, symbiotic mode and symbiotic mechanism.
