教学实践表明,"国际法"应用型人才模块化培养模式能够满足应用型法律人才的培养需求,有助于培养我国社会主义法治建设与"一带一路"建设亟需的应用型涉外法律人才。为此,本文深入分析了该模式的教学目标与教学内容,为推动该教学模式的广泛应用提供必要的理论研究基础。

The teaching practice shows that the modular training mode of applied talents of international law can meet the training needs of applied legal talents, and help to cultivate our country’s socialist legal construction and the application oriented foreign related legal talents. Therefore, this paper analyzes the teaching objectives and contents of the model, and provides the necessary theoretical research basis for promoting the wide application of the teaching model.
