After self employment has become a new concept of career choice,the concept of career choice of nursing students in higher vocational colleges has changed a lot.This paper will analyze the current situation and reasons of'vocational nursing students'employment selection under the background of"mass entrepreneurship and innovation",expound the influencing factors of vocational nursing students'employment,thus put forward the corresponding solutions,strengthen the education of students'employment selection concept,guide students to conform to the current background of"mass entrepreneurship and innovation",and achieve successful employment.
