中职转高职院校如何提升科研能力

How to Improve the Ability of Scientific Research in Higher Vocational Colleges Transferred from Secondary Vocational Colleges

由中职合并升格而来的高职院校,需要用科研来进一步提升院校自身的综合实力,如何在实际工作中坚持教学与科研并举,切实提升学校科研能力、解决科研短板,对高职院校的长远发展至关重要。笔者结合自身的工作经验,从科研管理以及教师队伍两个层面,对此类背景的高职院校科研工作的现状进行分析,有针对性的提出提升科研能力的对策和建议。

Higher vocationalcolleges,which comefromthe combination and promotionofsecondary vocationalschools,need to use scientific research to further improve their comprehensive strength.How to adhere to the combination of teaching and scientific research in practical work,effectively improve the scientific research ability of the school,and solve the short board of scientific research is crucial to the long-term development of higher vocational colleges.Combined with my own work experience,from the two levels of scientific research management and teachers,the author analyzes the currentsituation of scien-tific research in higher vocational colleges with such background,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to im-prove the scientific research ability.
