医教协同背景下加强高职护生医德教育的思考

On Strengthening the Medical Ethics Education of Higher Vocational Nursing Students under the Background of Medical Education Cooperation

随着社会经济和医疗科技水平的不断发展和进步,广大的人民群众对医疗服务的水准要求也与日俱增。但在医疗产业化的如今,各种医德缺失甚至腐败现象加剧了医患之间的矛盾。进一步加强护生的德育建设是培养合格医疗人才、创建稳定和谐社会、促进医疗系统健康发展的重要手段。目前的德育教育存在内容陈旧、方式古板、针对性不强、意识形态化不全等问题。应该贯彻医德医风第一的教育理念,在医教协同背景下,根据学生各阶段特点将医德教融入护生成长的不同阶段,不断创新德育教育内容、改革德育教育方式,创新教育方法,保证护生医德教育的连续性。

With the continuous development and progress of social economy and medical science and technology,the broad masses of the people are increasingly demanding the standard of medical services.But in the medical industrialization today,the lack of medical ethics and even corruption aggravate the contradiction between doctors and patients.Further strengthening the moral education construction of nursing students is an important means to cultivate qualified medical talents,establish a stable and harmonious society,and promote the healthy development of medical system.At present,there are some problems in the moral education,such as the old content,the old way,the weak pertinence and the incomplete ideology.We should carry out the education concept of medical ethics first,integrate medical ethics education into different stages of nursing students'growth according to the characteristics of each stage of students under the background of medical education coordination,and constantly innovate the con-tent,mode and method of moral education,so as to ensure the continuity of medical ethics education of nursing students.
