中波高校毕业生就业情况对比研究

A Comparative Study on the Employment Situation of University Graduates in China and Poland

"就业是民生之本,财富之源",就业问题一直是国家和政府关注的焦点,不仅关系着个人的前途与发展,而且关系着整个社会经济发展全局。党的十八大以来,我国就业工作取得显著成效,局势稳中向好,但是大学毕业生就业仍面临严峻形势,在经济全球化、文化多样化的今天,大学生就业俨然成为国际问题。通过调查了解我国和波兰对人才的培养模式,对比两国的毕业生就业情况,有利于我国取长补短,秉持借鉴的态度对毕业生就业现状进行研究并改进,使就业成为民生改善的坚实基础、经济发展的基本支撑、社会稳定的"压舱石"。

"Employment is the people’s livelihood, the source of wealth", employment has been the focus of the state and the government, not only related to the individual’s future and development, but also related to the overall social and economic development. Since the 18 th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC), remarkable achievements have been made in China’s employment and the situation is stable and improving. However, the employment of college graduates is still facing a grim situation. Today, with economic globalization and cultural diversity, the employment of college students has become an international issue. Through investigating the talent training mode and the graduates employment between Poland and China,the two countries is conducive to complement each other in our country, draw lessons from the attitude to study and improve the present situation and problems of graduate employment. The employment of our country became the solid foundation on which the people’s livelihood improvement, basic support of economic development, social stability.
