高等教育内涵式发展背景下新疆校园社团文化建设思路--基于新疆农业大学的调查

On the Construction of Campus Community Culture in Xinjiang under the Background of the Connotative Development of Higher Education--Based on the investigation of Xinjiang Agricultural University

十九大提出,实现高等教育内涵式发展,而积极推动高等教育内涵式发展的着力点之一是注重文化发展,加强大学软实力建设。社团活动营造的氛围,构造的人文环境,使学生在潜移默化、耳濡目染中将校园文化精髓转化为习惯、风格、精神观念。[1]本研究基于新疆农业大学通过问卷调查法和访谈法调查社团建设现状和大学生对社团文化认知情况,主张以满意目标取代最佳目标,通过大学生认知情况反映社团文化建设现状。调查发现,在推进社团文化建设的过程中,仍存在社团核心文化不清、管理制度不完善、社团文化与学生个人发展结合度不高等问题,本研究试提出解决路径,以期形成社团文化建设思路,促进以文化人、以文育人过程中社团影响力的有效发挥。

The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward that one of the key points to realize the connotative development of higher education is to focus on cultural development and strengthen the construction of soft power in universities. The atmosphere created by the activities of the community and the cultural environment constructed enables the students to transform the essence of campus culture into habits, styles and spiritual concepts. This research is based on the survey of the current situation of the construction of the community and the college students’ cognition of the community culture by the methods of questionnaire and interview in Xinjiang Agricultural University. It advocates that the best goal should be replaced by the satisfactory goal, and the current situation of the construction of the community culture should be reflected by the cognition of the college students. The survey found that in the process of promoting the construction of community culture, there are still some problems such as unclear core culture of community, imperfect management system, and low integration of community culture and students’ personal development. This study tries to put forward solutions, in order to form the idea of community culture construction, and promote the effective exertion of community influence in the process of educating people with culture.
