思想政治教育对硕士研究生就业指导工作的促进作用

On the Promotion of Ideological and Political Education to the Employment Guidance Work of Postgraduates

随着我国高等教育的快速发展,研究生教育也步入了迅速发展的时期,硕士研究生就业的问题也逐渐进入人们的视线。本文通过从硕士研究生思想政治工作的重要性进行入手,深刻分析了硕士研究生在择业就业过程中的主要思想问题,从而提出如何有效发挥思想政治教育工作的功能,通过加强思想引领、注重综合素质提升、加强心理健康教育和就业指导等方面,着力提升硕士研究生的择业思维和就业能力,从而提高硕士研究生的就业效率。

With the rapid development of higher education in China, graduate education has entered a period of rapid development, and the problem of graduate employment has gradually entered people’s attention. Starting from the importance of Ideological and political work for postgraduates, this paper deeply analyzes the main ideological problems of postgraduates in the process of job selection and employment, thus puts forward how to effectively play the function of Ideological and political education, and focuses on improving the master’s research by strengthening ideological guidance, focusing on the improvement of comprehensive quality, strengthening mental health education and employment guidance, therefore the employment efficiency of graduate students can be improved.
