摘要
目的:探讨大学生手机成瘾的影响因素及其与学业成绩的关系。方法:采用一般调查问卷和手机成瘾指数量表对500名大学生进行测试。结果:(1)达到手机成瘾的学生占总人数的55.3%。(2)学习时间与手机成瘾负相关,而游戏和联系他人时间与手机成瘾均为正相关;手机游戏时间、手机充电频率以及手机响了的错觉均与学业成绩存在负相关;学业成绩与手机使用时间无关,但与手机成瘾存在负相关。结论:学业成绩受到手机成瘾的负面影响。
Objective To explore the influencing factors of mobile phone addiction and its relationship with academic performance. Methods 500 college students were tested by general questionnaire and mobile phone addiction index scale. Results(1)55.3% of the students were addicted to mobile phones.(2) Learning time is negatively correlated with cell phone addiction,while game and contact time are positively correlated with cell phone addiction;cell phone game time, cell phone charging frequency and illusion of cell phone ringing are negatively correlated with academic performance;academic performance is not correlated with cell phone use time, but negatively correlated with cell phone addiction. Conclusion Academic performance is negatively affected by cell phone addiction.
