高职高专物流管理专业学生就业数据可视化分析

Visualized Data Analysis of the Employment Situation of Higher Vocational College Graduates from Logistics Management Major

随着我国职业教育改革的推进,高职高专的招生规模不断增加,高职高专学生的就业问题一直是高职高专院校所面临的重大问题和挑战。我们对某校物流管理专业近五年毕业生数据进行了追踪调查,数据真实再现了高职高专毕业生近五年的就业情况,通过描述性统计、方差分析等方法对毕业生就业情况进行了可视化分析,得到了相关的分析结果,为高职高专物流管理专业的招生、人才培养、就业等方面提供指导。

With the development of vocational education, the enrollment scale of higher vocational colleges is now increasing continuously. The employment of students is always a challenge faced by these colleges. We survived the employment situation of graduates majoring in Logistics Management from a higher vocational college. The data we collected actually reflects the employment situation of these students in the past 5 years. After analyzing the data by visualization, descriptive statistics, and ANOVA, we draw several conclusions that provide logistics management major at higher vocation colleges with some instructive information about enrollment, talent cultivation and employment.
