摘要 采用Moldflow软件对洗衣机波轮盖模型进行最佳浇口位置分析以及浇注系统、冷却系统设计和优化,并对其保压曲线进行优化,最终得到较为合理的方案使最大变形量由2. 024 mm降至1. 093 mm,降低了46. 00%,产品精度显著提高。研究结果为模具的优化设计提供有力支持。 The Moldflow software was used to analyze the optimal gate location of the washing machine pulsator cover model,design and optimize the gating system and cooling system,and analyze its holding pressure curve. Finally,a more reasonable solution was obtained to reduce the maximum warpage from 2. 024 mm to 1. 093 mm,which decreased 46. 00%,and the product accuracy was improved significantly. The research results provide strong support for the optimal design of the mold.
