工程科技领军人才情商培养的探索——以天津大学海洋与船舶工程专业教学改革为例 被引量:6

Exploration of the Emotional Quotient of Engineering Technological Talents

摘要 "新工科"建设回应了我国未来高新行业发展的迫切需求,致力于积极培养工程科技领军人才。天津大学海洋与船舶工程专业近年来探索并形成工程科技领军人才情商培养的理念和模式,基于万余份调查表和15次高校和行业专家会,研究确定了工程科技领军人才情商的结构和内容;当前培养工程科技领军人才的情商既是高等院校的重要任务,也是工程技术行业大企业的重要要求,还是个体成长为领军人才的关键因素。在实践中,天津大学形成设定不同阶段的不同培养目标、学科带头人为本科生讲授入学第一课、将思政教育要求有机融入专业课、持续改进教学内容和采用多种教学方法、通过创新创业训练培养学生团队意识和实施专业与思政"双班主任"制度等有效地培养学生情商的策略,取得了良好的育人效果。 The construction of emerging engineering education,aiming to cultivate engineering technological talents,is the response to the future urgent needs of high-tech industries.In recent years,Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering in Tianjin University has put forward some ideas and formed a model of training the Emotional Quotient(EQ)of engineering technological talents.Based on over ten thousand of questionnaires and 15 conferences,this paper identifies the content and structure of the EQ of engineering technological talents.Cultivating their EQ is not only the important task of institutions but also the important requirements of engineering industries and enterprises.EQ is essential for their individual development.In the practice,Tianjin University has adopted many methods,such as setting different objectives at different stages,asking leading teaches to give the first lecture to undergraduates,continuously reforming teaching methods and training students’teamwork ability through innovation and entrepreneurship education,and has made many great achievements.
