摘要
社会网络学习行为是大学生在社会网络中获取信息、获得知识的学习行为,可分为模仿学习和交流学习两类。为研究社会网络学习行为对高校毕业生就业能力形成的关系及高校毕业生职业认知的中介作用,1296名应届毕业生调查数据的层次回归分析和结构方程模型路径分析显示,大学生社会网络的模仿学习、交流学习对其就业能力形成存在正向影响关系。模仿学习对高校毕业生就业能力形成存在间接的正向影响关系,通过职业认知的完全中介作用实现;交流学习对高校毕业生就业能力形成存在直接的正向影响关系,通过职业认知的部分中介作用形成正向影响关系。
E-learning behaviors means that college students obtain information and knowledge through the Internet,which can be categorized into two types:imitation learning and communication learning.In order to study the influence of e-learning behaviors on employability of college students,and the meditation role of college students′career cognition in this relationship,1296 fresh graduates were asked to fill in a questionnaire.Analytic hierarchy process and path analysis of structural equation model are adopted to verify that imitation learning and communication learning have positive influence on college students′employability.Imitation learning has indirect positive influence on employability,the realization of which is made with the help of career cognition,while communication learning has direct positive influence on employability.
