职业教育专业建设与产业发展:匹配逻辑与理论框架

On Major Construction of Vocational Education and Industrial Development:Matching Logic and Theoretical Framework

我国存在职业教育专业建设滞后于产业发展的问题,学界对两者如何匹配问题的探讨缺乏整体系统思考。基于"发展型式"理论,职业教育专业建设与产业发展匹配应以产业结构、市场需求、产业技术作为逻辑出发点,从产业目录、产业空间布局、劳动力类别需求、劳动力层次需求、劳动力技能需求五个方面形成对接。推动职业教育专业建设需要围绕专业群与产业群衔接、专业建设前瞻性、专业人才培养特色化等问题进行分析。

There is still a problem that the major construction of vocational education in China is lagging behind the development of industries.At the same time,the academic community does not pay enough attention to working out the solutions.Based on the development pattern theory,this paper points out that the logical starting points of matching major construction of vocational education and industry development should be the industrial structure,market demands,and industry technologies.The industry directory,industrial spatial layout,demands for different labor types,different labor levels and different labor skills should be considered.In addition,this paper also analyzes in detail the connection between major clusters and industrial clusters,the prospect of the major construction,and the features of professional talent training.
