The history and prospect of cardiopulmonary resuscitation

心肺复苏(cardiopulmonary resuscitation,CPR)是心脏骤停的最重要的抢救手段,心脏驟停患者的生存率与“第一目击者”(first responder)能否早期实施CPR的能力密切相关。随着临床医学证据的积累,CPR的相关推荐治疗建议在不断更新。我国大众CPR普及率较低,大多数一线医务人员也缺乏基本的CPR知识以及操作技术培训,CPR的培训体系不规范、不健全,CPR的正确实施和执行不尽如人意。本文就CPR发展历程对CPR的新进展进行综述,对我国CPR现状进行分析,试图探讨如何规范化我国院内及院外心肺复苏培训、为提高心肺复苏的抢救成功率提供参考。

Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation(CPR)is the vital treatment for cardiac arrest.Survival in patients with cardiac arrest is closely related to the ability and time of wFirst ResponderM to deliver CPR.As clinical evidence accumulates,recommendations for CPR continue to be updated.However,China’s public awareness of CPR is extremely low and the first-aid skills needs to be trained at large.Moreover,the accuracy of basic life support(BLs)of most medical staff also needs to be strengthened and improved through standard training.Nowadays,China^s standard CPR training has not been fully established yet.The article reviews the development of CPR and analyzes the current situation of CPR in China.We are trying to provide some useful advises for standardizing CPR training in and out of hospital and improve the success rate of cardiac arrest at last.
