On the decontamination process and layout of Base of Operations of the UN Heavy Rescue Team

目的根据IEC/IER要求,结合联合国重型救援队行动基地洗消布局和流輊需求,进行洗消布局和流程研究。方法采用流程管理的方法对洗消流程进行规范,并按流程进行洗消区域布局和设备购置。结果确定了洗消操作的流程,按流程进行了洗消区布局,取得了较好的效果。结论洗消是确保行动基地安全的重要措施,正确的洗消流程和布局对规范回营队员洗消有重要意义。

Objective this paper studies on the base of operations decontamination layout and process according to the IEC/IER checklists and requirement of the UN heavy rescue team.Methods Using the Process Management Method sets up the decontamination area and equipments.Results To determine the process of decontamination,makes the layout of decontamination according to the process.Conclusion Decontamination is an important measure to ensure the safety of the base of operations.The correct decontamination process and layout are significance to regulate the decontamination of rescuers worked in the work-site.
