航空医疗救援基地医院从业医护人员培训考核体系探索与实践

Exploration and Practice of Training and Assessment System for Healthcare Professionals in Aviation Medical Rescue Base Hospital

目的通过建立航空医疗救援基地医院从业医护人员的培训模式及考核体系,保障航空医疗救援的全流程医疗质量和患者安全,提升抢救效率,降低致残率。方法通过文献调查、专家访谈、实地调研、方案建设、实残论证等方法建立基地医院医护从业人员选拔、基础培训、考核、进阶培训、常态培训、常态考核优胜劣汰的培训模式和考核体系。结果在基地医院建立了第一支经过严格选拔、培训并具有基本应急管理能力,优秀的航空医疗救援实践能力的队伍,在近期组织的季度实战演练考核中,全体正式队员均取得了全优成绩,考核均分达95分。结论通过对18名航空医疗救援基地医院从业医护人员的初步培养,初步探索出适合中囯国情的航空医疗救援从业人员培训和考核体系模式,并取得了一定的实践经验。

Objective To ensure the quality and patient safety of the whole aviation medical service process,improve the efficiency and reduce the disable rate,training mode and assessment system for healthcare professionals in aviation medical rescue base hospital were established.Methods Establishing the training mode and assessment system of survival of the fittest for the healthcare professionals in base hospital,which including selection,basic training,assessment,advanced training,normal training,normal assessment,by literature review,questionnaire,qualitative research,interviews,quantitative analysis.Results The first aviation medical rescue team with basic emergency management ability and excellent aviation medical rescue practical ability was built in the base hospital.All the members have been strictly recruited and fully trained.Conclusion The training mode and assessment system for aviation medical rescue workers were preliminarily explored,which suited to China's national conditions.And we also obtained some practical experience.
