摘要
目的:优选葛根解酒方的最佳提取工艺。方法:采用正交实验法,以葛根素和大豆苷为指标,通过层次分析法(analytic hierarchy process,AHP)确定权重,多指标综合评分优选葛根解酒方的工艺参数。结果:处方药材加10倍量水,提取3次,每次1.5 h。结论:运用AHP法确定权重系数,优选得到的工艺稳定可行,可用于工业化生产。
Objective To establish an optimized extraction process for Gegen Jiejiu recipe.Methods The weight of puerarin and daidzein was determined by analytic hierarchy process(AHP),and the technological parameters of Gegen Jiejiu recipe were optimized by multi index comprehensive score.Results The prescription medicinal materials were added with 10 times amount of water,extracted 3 times,each time 1.5 hours.Conclusion Using AHP method to determine the weight coefficient,the optimized process is stable and feasible,and It can be used in industrial production.
