摘要
随着经济与科技全球化的深化发展、跨地域高校之间的教育交流与合作日趋常规化,为最大限度的实现交换生的学习自由个性化,推行跨校选课,深化校际合作,制定与实践学分置换(即学分认定与互换)成为教育教学指导策略的一项关键手段。本文采用文献调研、问卷和访谈调查的方法,从学分置换的时间、原则、方法及学分置换操作流程等方面进行实践调研与分析,对不合理的地方提出一些看法和建议。并探索运用现代大学教学管理理论思考建立解决问题的系统方法,最后针对高校交换生学分置换提出了一些对策及建议。
With the deepening development of the globalization of economy and science and technology,the education exchange and cooperation between the cross regional colleges and universities are becoming more and more regular.In order to maximize the exchange students’ learning freedom and personalization,the implementation of the cross school course selection,the deepening of inter school cooperation,and the formulation and practice of credit replacement(that is,credit recognition and exchange) has become a key means of education and teaching guidance strategy.By using the methods of literature research,questionnaire and interview,this paper makes practical investigation and analysis on the time,principle,method and operation process of credit replacement,and puts forward some opinions and suggestions on the unreasonable places.At last,the author puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the exchange students’ credit replacement.
