基于应用型人才培养的土木工程教学改革研究

Research on the Teaching Reform of Civil Engineering Based on the Training of Applied Talents

随着经济的不断发展,社会对建筑应用型人才的培养有了更高的要求,高校有必要对土木工程专业教学模式进行改革,进而培养出符合建筑行业发展的应用型人才。本文重点研究土木工程应用型人才培养目标的制定、基于应用型人才培养的土木工程教学现状,并进一步详细探讨应用型人才培养的土木工程的教学改革的具体策略,旨在为土木工程专业教学改革提供理论参考,进而为社会培养出优秀的建筑行业的应用型人才。

With the continuous development of economy,the society has higher requirements for the cultivation of architectural application-oriented talents.It is necessary for colleges and universities to reform the teaching mode of civil engineering,and then cultivate the application-oriented talents in line with the development of the construction industry.This paper focuses on the establishment of the training objectives of civil engineering application-oriented talents,the current situation of civil engineering teaching based on the training of application-oriented talents,and further discusses the specific strategies of the teaching reform of civil engineering of application-oriented talents,aiming to provide theoretical reference for the teaching reform of civil engineering specialty,and then cultivate excellent application-oriented talents in the construction industry for the society.
