摘要
工程教育的改革已经成为一个全球性的时代话题,工程涉及技术要素和非技术要素,非技术能力在现代社会的重要性已不言而喻。我国工程教育专业认证明确将工程与社会、环境和可持续发展、职业规范、个人和团队、沟通、项目管理、终身学习等非技术能力纳入学生毕业要求,高校教育者、学者纷纷对非技术能力培养体系开始研究,但对非技术能力的考核评价研究较少。本文基于工程教育专业认证,分析了非技术能力考核评价现阶段存在的问题,并以此为基础,做出了几点思考。
The reform of engineering education has become a global topic of the times.Engineering involves technical and non-technical elements.The importance of non-technical ability in modern society is self-evident.The professional certification of Engineering Education in China clearly includes the non-technical abilities such as engineering and society,environment and sustainable development,professional norms,individuals and teams,communication,project management,life-long learning and so on into the requirements of students’ graduation.University educators and scholars have begun to study the non-technical ability training system,but the assessment and evaluation of non-technical ability is less.Based on the professional certification of engineering education,this paper analyzes the existing problems in the assessment and evaluation of nontechnical ability at this stage,and on this basis,makes some reflections.
