高校教师创业教育实践探讨——以浙江省为例

摘要 政府主导下的教师创业教育是提升高校创业教育师资队伍水平的有效途径之一。论文以2017年、2018年浙江省教育厅实施的创业导师培育工程立项书为数据源,运用内容分析法及社会网络分析工具全面揭示培训项目的实施单位、培训内容、培训师资及实践培训基地等状况。研究表明,样本地区创业导师培训工作有许多值得借鉴之处,但仍需优化培训内容,并运用共享理念充分发挥各培训实施单位授课的培训师资及实践基地等优质资源作用。 The teacher entrepreneurship education under the guidance of the government is one of the effective ways to improve the level of the university entrepreneurship education teachers.Based on the project proposal of entrepreneurship tutor cultivation project implemented by Zhejiang Provincial Department of Education in 2017 and 2018,this paper uses content analysis and social network analysis tools to comprehensively reveal the implementation unit,training content,training teachers and practical training base of the training project.The research shows that the training work of entrepreneurial mentors in the sample areas has many lessons to learn,but the training content still needs to be optimized,and the role of high-quality resources such as training teachers and practice bases taught by each training implementation unit should be fully exerted by using the sharing concept.
