摘要
教师是教育的实践者,是教学活动的具体实施者。因此教师的专业素质是教学质量的重要影响因素。在全面实施素质教育的今天,提升教师专业素养是提高教学质量的先决条件和有效保障。在高中阶段开展以学科特色为基础的教师专业培训对针对性提高教师专业知识、教学能力等方面显现出明显的效果。
Teachers are the practitioners of education and the concrete implementers of teaching activities.Therefore,teachers'professional quality is an important influencing factor of teaching quality.In today's comprehensive implementation of quality education,improving teachers'professional quality is the prerequisite and effective guarantee for improving teaching quality.In the high school stage,the professional training of teachers based on the characteristics of subjects has obvious effect on improving teachers'professional knowledge and teaching ability.
